MEET THE OWNER

Exodus 35:10 "Come all of you who are gifted craftsman. Construct everything that the Lord has commanded." 

I'm Matthew Spallinger. I am a carpenter that is passionate about using the gifts that God has given me to created hand crafted wooden projects and helping people in their home renovations by fixing needs for a fair price and good quality service.

One Mission Carpentry was established in 2020 and is a family run business. I have been in the construction and woodworking business since about 2014, but I felt called to start my own business. I am married to my wife of almost five years and have two young boys and a daughter. I also love hunting, working out, and financial investing. We live in Columbus, Ohio and attend Faith Life Church, Powell. I believe that the Lord's favor is over everything I do in my personal and business life.

My true desire is to serve my client's needs in a way that best benefits them. If I can connect and build relationships with them, all the better. I would love the chance to hear about your project request and see how I can be of service to you.

WHEN WE MOVED INTO OUR NEW HOME, I HAD IDEAS IN MY MIND ABOUT WHAT SIZE AND STYLE OF FURNITURE WE NEEDED FOR SPECIFIC SPACES IN THE HOUSE, BUT COULDN'T FIND THEM IN TRADITIONAL FURNITURE STORES OR ONLINE. I CONTACTED MATTHEW, SHARED MY IDEAS AND REQUESTS AND THEN HE DESIGNED AND CREATED SEVERAL WONDERFUL PIECES OF FURNITURE THAT FIT THE ROOMS PERFECTLY, THEY ARE LOVELY TO LOOK AT, HIGH QUALITY AND EXTREMELY FUNCTIONAL. WE HAVE ENJOYED EACH OF THEM FROM THE DAY THEY WERE DELIVERED! WE WERE SO PLEASED WITH MATTHEW'S WORK THAT WHEN MY HUSBAND NEEDED A DESK (WITH SOME SPECIAL FEATURES) AT HIS OFFICE, HE KNEW EXACTLY WHO TO CONTACT FOR A CUSOM DESIGN. AGAIN, THE FINAL PRODUCT WAS AMAZING! ITS STYLISH YET SERVES A PRACTICAL PURPOSE EVERY DAY.
